• Location & Shipping Limits: We currently ship to the USA and its territories. In some cases, certain products may also be shipped to Canada.
• Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products you can order.
• Accuracy of Descriptions: We strive to describe products (including flavor, packaging, and appearance) as accurately as possible. Variations may occur.
• Expiry Dates: Some products may display expiry dates in the Mexican format (DD/MM/YY) rather than the US format (MM/DD/YY).
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $39.99 (before taxes, if applicable).
4. Orders & Payment 💳
• Order Placement: By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we must cancel, we will notify you via the contact information provided.
• Payment Methods: Credit cards, PayPal, Shop, ACH.
• Shipping Arrangements: If you have special shipping requests or conditions, please discuss with us in advance at admin@ferozharvest.com. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
5. Shipping & Delivery 🚚
• Service Area: We primarily ship within the United States and its territories. Select products may be available for shipment to Canada.
• Delivery Times: Estimated shipping times are approximately 7 business days, subject to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of Loss: Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title transfer to you.
6. Returns & Refunds ♻️
• No Returns: Because most items are perishable food products, we do not accept returns.
• Refunds: We handle refunds (full or partial) on a case-by-case basis if orders arrive damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsatisfactory. Please contact us at admin@ferozharvest.com within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos.
• Store Credit vs. Refund: Depending on the situation, we may offer a direct refund or a store credit toward a future order.
