We’re proud to bring real sabor directly from México to your doorstep — and yes, that means a little journey. Here’s how it works:

🌶️ Sabor Express — Faster Fulfillment from our U.S. stock

What it is: A curated set of products (and bundles) we keep stateside so we can ship them muy rápido. If your cart is Express-eligible, you’ll see the Sabor Express tag at product level or in the collection.

  • Only Express-Tagged Products 🚀
    Items must show the Sabor Express tag or be purchased from the Express collection to qualify.
  • Same-Day Shipping, Compa Promise ⚡
    Order by 12:00 PM CST and we’ll ship ese mismo día.
    Missed the cut-off? No pasa nada — your order ships within 24 hours.
  • No Weekend Warriors 🛑
    Orders placed after Friday 12:00 PM CST ship the next business day.
    Holidays (U.S. & México) = descanso.
  • Fast Fulfillment, Not Overnight 📦
    Express means we pack and hand off fast; carrier transit times still apply.
    Expect 2–5 business days for delivery depending on your location and carrier.
  • Free Shipping Threshold 💸
    For now, free Sabor Express shipping starts at $44.99. Below that, standard Express rates apply at checkout.
  • Bundles + Singles 🎁
    Go wild — we offer both Express bundles and individual picks. Mix & match as you like.
  • Where We Ship 🌎
    Sabor Express ships across the contiguous U.S. (no Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or PO Boxes).
  • Refunds & Issues ✅
    Same rules as always: no returns (we sell food), but if we mess up, we make it right. Reach us at hola@elsabormarket.com.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as we create the carrier label. Updates appear after the first carrier scan.

Mixed Cart? If your order includes both Express-tagged and non-Express items, we may split shipments. Express items ship on the fast timeline above; the rest follow our standard cross-border timeline below.


🚚 Standard Cross-Border Shipping (México ➜ U.S.)

  • Orders are fulfilled daily once we receive the product in our U.S. facility.
  • From México to our U.S. hub takes approximately 3 business days, depending on customs and transit conditions.
  • Once your order is in the U.S., we ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Final delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is fulfilled in México and labeled for U.S. importation — even before it reaches the United States. Tracking updates will begin once the package is scanned into the U.S. carrier system.

‼️ Some larger or heavier orders may be split into multiple shipments due to weight or packaging limits. If that happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package.

⚠️ During high-volume periods (holidays, promos, etc.), delivery windows may be slightly extended — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.


✅ Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that every product you order will arrive with at least 30 days of shelf life from the date you receive it — or we’ll make it right.

If something doesn’t meet that promise, email us within 48 hours of delivery at hola@elsabormarket.com with a photo and we’ll review the case.

We ship fast, but our products cross borders and carry flavor with them — please allow for a little extra time while we make sure everything’s legal, sealed, and ready to go.
