🚫 No Returns (Food Safety First)
Since all our items are perishable food products, we do not accept returns. This is to protect product quality and ensure safety for all customers.
But if we mess up — don’t worry. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged package, or something that’s not right, we’ll make it right. That may be a refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on the case.
📅 Expiry Dates – Heads Up!
México uses DD/MM/YY format on packaging, while the U.S. uses MM/DD/YY. This can sometimes be confusing.
Example: 15/07/24 in México = July 15, 2024 in the U.S.
We guarantee all products will arrive with at least 30 days of shelf life from your delivery date.
